BA (Hons), MClPsych
I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience in both public and private health sectors. I completed a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Psychology (Honours) and History at the University of Queensland and a Master of Clinical Psychology at Griffith University, where my thesis investigated factors predicting posttraumatic stress and resilience. Although I have practiced in a variety of settings from community to hospital-based services, my passion in psychology is supporting those who have served (or are currently serving) in the Australian Defence Force and their families – a motivating factor in me becoming a psychologist. I use scientifically supported psychotherapies only and am currently completing the requirements to become an internationally endorsed Schema Therapist. I am dedicated to providing my clients with genuine empathy, respect and confidentiality.
